The Property
Agri resort Bacaringhe
This charming retreat is the result of a careful renovation of a historic farmhouse, once abandoned for over fifty years. It has been restored to preserve the original charm of Tuscan rural architecture while integrating eco-friendly construction methods.
The two-storey house includes three elegant apartments and a common area, as well as a large outdoor covered space.
Common Areas
Guests can enjoy a large wood-fired oven with barbecue, a spacious covered parking area with electric car charging station, and a modern panoramic pool with hydromassage area.
But the real gem of Podere Bacaringhe is its setting: perched on the hills of Soiana, it is accessible via a scenic 1 km gravel road that winds through the greenery.
The house sits on the highest point of the hill, offering breathtaking views and total immersion in silence—surrounded by centuries-old trees, vineyards, and endless countryside. Only the gentle sounds of nature will accompany your stay, ensuring complete relaxation.
The apartments
The three apartments include “La Fonte” (a two-room apartment on the ground floor), and “Il Poggio” and “Le Terre” (both three-room apartments on the first floor).
Each apartment is independent with its own kitchen, and distinguished by unique furniture and color schemes that reflect their names. The central common area further unites the apartments, offering an additional kitchen, a long 14-seat dining table, and a fireplace area—perfect for socializing.
Outdoor Spaces
The large garden surrounds the entire property and connects the house to the covered parking and the scenic swimming pool, which is visible from the windows of the house. The pool is one of the most exclusive features of Podere Bacaringhe: it includes two basins (one with hydromassage) and a small waterfall connecting them. Around the pool, three wooden gazebos with relaxation zones and solar showers allow guests to unwind after a swim or sip a drink while watching the sun set behind the hills.
